From vision to results

My background at KLM provides a solid foundation. As a Senior Purser, I lead teams in creating memorable experiences on board. As a member of the Customer Experience team, I translated strategic vision into daily practice for more than 9,500 cabin crew colleagues.
As Manager of Cabin Crew Recruitment, I learned to recognize and develop hospitality talent. As Director of Cabin Products & Service Engineering, I discovered the power of integrated concept development, products, service and behavior perfectly aligned.
